From the minute I walked into Linea Aesthetics and Laurence greeted me, my nerves pretty much disappeared. This was my first ever treatment, but his friendly approach and professional manner made me feel instantly at ease.
He really listened to all my concerns and put together a plan for what to do next. He explained exactly what was happening during the treatment and talked me through each step, which was so reassuring. He also gave me great aftercare advice which I really appreciated.
